Wattstopper Graduate FellowshipThe California Lighting Technology Center (CLTC) is pleased to announce the establishment of the WattStopper Graduate Fellowship in Lighting Controls, presented to UC Davis by WattStopper/Legrand, an international manufacturer of lighting controls focusing on energy efficiency. The WattStopper fellowship has been established to support graduate studies in advanced lighting controls as part of the Master of Science degree program in the College of Engineering at UC Davis. The fellowship will be administered by the Design Program of the College of Letters & Sciences and the Electrical & Computer Engineering department of the College of Engineering. The $50,000 fellowship will fund tuition and stipend to support outstanding students who seek to enhance their understanding of lighting controls and contribute new knowledge to the field. Recipients of the fellowship will be engaged in design and engineering course work, along with directed research at CLTC for completion of a master thesis.
