Berkeley Lamp Applications Study

The purpose of this project is to conduct a field study of "Berkeley Lamps" by installing a series of fixtures in a state office building, with the objective of gaining understanding of how these fixtures perform in terms of energy savings under different operating conditions in varied end-use applications

The Berkeley Lamp was developed by CLTC staff at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a commercially available, low-cost, consumer-oriented high-efficiency torchiere for office and small home office applications.

The Berkeley Lamp II is now available. Please visit the Berkeley Lamp
