The staff at California Lighting Technology Center is comprised of engineers, designers and lighting experts. The staff includes UC Davis professors Dr. Michael Siminovitch and Dr. Kosta Papamichael, research associates, engineers, designers, and graduate and undergraduate students.

CLTC is a research center within the Design Department at UC Davis. The collaborative expertise in photometry, energy-efficient light sources, fixture design, energy analysis, and data acquisition is a large presence in the lighting community.
