MELISSA BLEVINS
Outreach Coordinator
Melissa Blevins started at the California Lighting Technology Center in April 2004. She is currently heading up the center’s outreach program. She is also involved in the development of the CLTC Web site, The Lighting Portal, publications, and Title 24 training seminars. Melissa is the co-author of the Residential Lighting Design Guide, Best Practices and Lighting Designs to help builders comply with California’s 2005 Title 24 energy code. Melissa attended the University of California, Davis where she graduated with a degree in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Interior Architecture.
