CLTC's 14,000+ sq. ft. facility functions as a living laboratory where new lighting and daylighting technologies are researched, developed, tested and measured (both qualitatively and quantitatively). The Center also includes demonstration and exhibition spaces that showcase new energy-saving products and strategies while educating visitors about the latest innovations in lighting. CLTC's research, education and outreach efforts focus on transferring advanced products, technologies and knowledge from the lab to the marketplace, where energy savings and other benefits are ultimately realized.
