CLTC will work with Eskaton to develop a series of recommended lighting practices and retrofits that could be used in future development project based on the model Gold River facility.

With each specific measure or retrofit opportunity, the CLTC will identify a specific technology approach, generalized in the specification, as well as a recommended manufacturer when appropriate. CLTC will also estimate the product or system cost and the potential savings opportunity. CLTC will also attempt to prioritize the level of difficulty in terms of installation cost and or technical know-how required. These estimates will be useful in selecting or prioritizing the opportunities.
