There has always been a great deal of overlap in the technology behind lighting and displays. In honor of The Year of Light and in recognition of the newly signed Friendship Agreement between the Society for Information Display (SID) and the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA), the SID/IES Lighting Track mini-symposium aims to deliver in-depth coverage in a diverse range of topics of common interest to both lighting and display professionals.
Dr. Po-Chieh Hung of Konica Minolta Laboratory will present a paper on "Application-Specific Spectral Power Distributions of White Light", cowritten by CLTC Co-director Dr. Konstantinos Papamichael. Dr. Hung will be presenting on Thursday, June 4 from 3:10 p.m. – 4:10 p.m. in Room LL20EF as part of Session 62: Advanced Light Sources, Components, and Systems II (Lighting Track).
