Smart Bi-level Parking Lighting Retrofit at University of California, Davis: Projected Energy Savings of More Than 50%

CLTC – California Lighting Technology Center (CLTC), UC Davis Energy Efficiency Center and development partners will host a ribbon cutting and reception for the new Smart Bi-level LED Lighting installed at UC Davis’ South Entry Parking Structure near the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts. The LED light fixtures feature activity-sensing technology adapted and developed at CLTC.

Philips Lumileds joins California Lighting Technology Center Affiliate Program

Philips – Philips Lumileds announced that it has joined the California Lighting Technology Center as an affiliate member. As a member of the CLTC, Philips Lumileds is working with luminaire manufacturers to develop market ready LUXEON LED based applications that meet the energy efficiency and lighting quality levels required to meet EnergyStar and similar regional and national guidelines.

Permlight Products –​ Permlight Products and the California Lighting Technology Center (CLTC) at UC Davis announced that Permlight has become an affiliate member of the CLTC. Permlight Products is a developer of advanced thermally managed residential LED lighting products used in recessed cans, under-cabinet lighting, pathway and stairwell lighting, outdoor decorative lighting, and advanced lighting and energy control systems.
